We offer two ways to enjoy puzzling:

  In Slow mode: choose a puzzle from our library, settle in, and go at your own pace. Solo or with others.

In Speed mode: take part in a timed competition in teams of two or four. The goal: finish your puzzle as fast as possible for a chance to win the round!

All our sessions come with in-house playlists and a drinks and snacks menu to delight your ears and taste buds.

Speed puzzling is an activity anyone can enjoy - and it's seriously addictive. All teams take on the same puzzle, which is revealed the moment the clock starts. But before that, our Puzzle Masters will share their best tips to help you pick up speed.

The first team to finish their puzzle wins a round on the house. More puzzles are then available so everyone can wind down and enjoy the rest of the 2-hour slot.

  In Slow mode: book one or more one-hour slots, however you like. And if the following slot isn't booked, feel free to extend your experience.

In Speed mode: 90 minutes to complete the puzzle and go for your best time. All in all, plan for 1.5 to 2 hours on-site, or longer if you want to keep the celebration going at the bar afterward (or drown your sorrows).

  In Slow mode: depending on how many hours you've booked, our team will help you pick the right format from our selection of 50, 100, 200, 300, 500, and 1000-piece puzzles. If your slot ends and someone's booked in after you, you'll need to free up the table so everyone gets their turn. Otherwise, we'll be happy to offer you more time!

In Speed mode: the challenge is part of the fun! The clock stops at 90 minutes, but you're welcome to keep going afterward to finish your puzzle at your own pace.

  In Slow mode: In Slow Mode: no worries! You can join your slot whenever you arrive.

In Speed mode: punctuality is key - the clock starts for everyone at the same time and waits for no one! If you're running late, you can still join the session in progress and try to make up for lost time by piecing together even faster.

In Slow Mode: a Slow Puzzling session costs €4/hour/person + one mandatory drink.

 In Speed Mode: a Speed Puzzling session costs €19/person. You can add drinks and food to your session if you'd like.

In Slow Mode: we only require one mandatory drink per person. 


In Speed Mode: you're free to eat, skip eating, drink, or skip drinking during your slot.

In Slow Mode: there's no minimum number of participants — you can book for one person or several, however you like.

In Speed Mode: we offer slots for two people (duo) and four people (team). Just choose the option that suits you when booking.

In Slow Mode: absolutely! Feel free to enjoy this moment all to yourself.

 In Speed Mode: No team? We've got you covered. Join our WhatsApp groupto find partners and complete a duo or team before booking!

Due to the capacity of our game space, only guests included in the booking can access the tables.

Non-playing guests can access the bar, subject to availability.

Yes, children aged 10 and up are welcome when accompanied by an adult:

In Slow Mode: we offer puzzles suited to their age.

In Speed Mode: we recommend mixing children and adults within duos and teams of 4.

We don't accept outside food or drinks, except in cases of food intolerance or special events. Please check with our staff beforehand by sending us a message via the "Contact" page.

Technically, yes. Feel free to drop in, especially for Slow sessions, but we strongly recommend booking online. Spots are limited and our slots are in high demand, especially on weekends.

• Request made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: The Customer may cancel their session exclusively by email at contact@puzz.cafe, stating their name and booking date. PUZZ SAS will then issue a digital voucher equal to the amount paid, valid for one (1) year on the Site.
• Request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No voucher will be issued, and the session will be considered definitively forfeited.

If fewer players show up on the day than originally booked, no refund or voucher will be issued. If more players show up (within the table's capacity), the price difference must be paid at the bar counter before accessing the game.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received anything, contact us directly by email with your name and booking date. We'll confirm right away whether your slot is properly registered.

Yes, our space is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

We're unable to welcome pets indoors, but they're of course welcome to join you on the terrace during nice weather, for Slow sessions.

Our maximum capacity for Speed is 28 people per session. In total, we can host groups of up to 64 people. For any questions or details on this, fill out the contact form on our dedicated page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
