• I've never done a puzzle before, how does a Speed session work?
Speed puzzling is an activity anyone can enjoy - and it's seriously addictive. All teams take on the same puzzle, which is revealed the moment the clock starts. But before that, our Puzzle Masters will share their best tips to help you pick up speed.
The first team to finish their puzzle wins a round on the house. More puzzles are then available so everyone can wind down and enjoy the rest of the 2-hour slot.
• How long does a session last?
In Slow mode: book one or more one-hour slots, however you like. And if the following slot isn't booked, feel free to extend your experience.
In speed mode: 90 minutes to complete the puzzle and go for your best time. All in all, plan for 1.5 to 2 hours on-site, or longer if you want to keep the celebration going at the bar afterward (or drown your sorrows).
• Can we do a puzzle with our own photo?
Soon, yes! We're currently working on offering customizable puzzles with a photo, illustration, or design of your choice for groups and private events. One more way to spice up the activity even further!
• What if we arrive late?
In Slow mode:no worries! You can join your slot whenever you arrive.
In speed mode: punctuality is key - the clock starts for everyone at the same time and waits for no one! If you're running late, you can still join the session in progress and try to make up for lost time by piecing together even faster.
• Can I bring people who aren't playing?
Due to the capacity of our game space, only guests included in the booking can access the tables.
Non-playing guests can access the bar, subject to availability.
