How does it work?

2 - Build your team
Check out posts from other motivated players looking for partners, or post your own. Be sure to include:
- Your preferred slot (day and time),
- How many people you're looking for,
- And if you'd like, your level.
For example:
💬 "Hi! Looking for one person for a Speed session, beginner level, duo, Thursday evening at 7:30 PM 👀"
💬 "There are 2 of us looking for 2 more players to make a team of 4 on Saturday at 5:30 PM, aiming for confirmed level! Anyone up for it?"
Then let the magic happen!
3 - Book and pay by splitting the cost
Found your partners? Congratulations!
One team member now needs to take the lead and make the booking on the Puzz website. The steps below are for that person:
Step 1 :
Choose your slot and select "Split Payment" at checkout.
⚠️ Split payment isn't available for slots within the next 48 hours.
Step 2 :
Complete your own payment first — this triggers the payment-sharing link to be sent to your inbox.
Step 3 :
Forward the link you received by email to your partners — each person pays their share directly.
⚠️ The link is valid for 24 hours, after which the slot is no longer held.
Step 4 :
Once all payments are received, the booking is confirmed for the whole group ✅
FAQs
I don't have WhatsApp, how can I find a team?
No worries, the WhatsApp community is the fastest way, but it's not required. Email us at contact@puzz.cafe with how many players you're looking for and your availability, and we'll try to connect you with other players in the same situation.
If it doesn't match up in time, you can always come play Slow and meet people on-site - no team needed.
I found my team, how do I prepare for my visit to Puzz?
Once your booking is confirmed, every team member receives a confirmation email with the slot details (date, time, location).
Try to arrive a little early: in Speed mode, punctuality is key since the clock starts for everyone at the same time! Feel free to chat with your teammates before the big day too - it often helps you play better together.
One of my teammates hasn't made their payment, what should I do?
Each participant has 24 hours to pay their share once they receive the split payment link - be sure to follow up directly with your teammates as soon as possible! As long as this window hasn't passed, the slot stays held for your group.
After 24 hours, the slot becomes available to other players again and the booking is no longer guaranteed. If needed, whoever made the original booking can submit a new request.

I have a conflict and can no longer join my team, what should I do?
Let your team know as soon as possible so they have time to find a replacement - that's exactly what the WhatsApp community is for!
If a replacement is found and you'd already paid your share, reach out to them directly to arrange a refund.
If no one can replace you, your share remains due under our standard cancellation policy (see "Can I cancel my booking?").

If no one's available in time, no worries: you can come with a smaller team - just be ready to move fast on the clock!
